SUGGESTED USE: Adults 16 years or older: Take one capsule a day, as needed to naturally encourage bowel activity and detoxing.  It is safe to take one capsule daily for up to 10-14 days, straight when trying to restore healthy bowel activity.  Do NOT exceed 1 capsule in a 24-hour period.  After your initial cleanse, to maintain healthy bowel activity we suggest a 2-day cleanse every 4-6 weeks and, especially, after travels where you have eaten out often.
