Shipping & Refund Policies

SHIPPING:
Orders placed Monday through noon on Friday, EST will be processed within 24-48 hours. Orders placed after noon on Friday through Sunday midnight, will be shipped on Monday or first business day after any holiday weekend. All orders must be shipped to a street address or to an appropriate P.O. box number. No general deliver, or C.O.D. orders will be accepted. EXCEPTION: All UPS, FED EX and DHL shipments require a physical street address. Some rural areas receive only P.O. box and General Delivery, and this must be indicated. All orders are generally shipped through UPS Ground unless another method is requested by a customer/distributor. UPS 2nd day, FED EX overnight, FED EX Saturday delivery, Fed Ex 2nd Day and DHL International may be requested with the appropriated cost being added to the order invoice at time of processing. All shipping costs are absorbed by the customer unless a company special FREE SHIPPING Offer is indicated (note: on occasion BBIC will offer FREE shipping when introducing a new product or for volume orders.) Handling charges may apply to certain order types or when shipping internationally. BACK ORDERS:
If the Company is temporarily out of stock on an item you order, you will receive all other items on your order, along with a "Pack-slip" which will list items you ordered that were not shipped. Your order will be filled based on the priority of actual date the order was received.

LOST SHIPMENT:
If you do not receive your order within a reasonable 5 - 7 business days from the date the order was placed, we recommend you promptly telephone the Home Office at 1-800-713-3888 to check on the status of your order. When you call, please have the following information available:

1. Your name and/or Customer #
2. Product and quantity ordered
3. Dated order placed
4. Your telephone number

The Company guarantees their products as to the quality of manufacture. In addition, the Company offers the customer a full money back guarantee on all website orders placed through this company website. Additionally, if your order is placed with one of our Independent Distributors, each Distributor is expected to honor the customer guarantee, in a prompt and courteous manner. Within a 60-day period, the customer may return their order, for any reason, to the company or to the Independent Distributor from whom the product was purchased, along with a copy of the customer's original sales invoice (Body Biotics Intl., Corp. Customer Invoice) along with a written note as to the reason for your return. The company will immediately refund 100% of the product cost to the customer or the Independent Distributor should immediately refund the full purchase price. Shipping charges cannot be refunded. The Independent Distributor must submit the customer's written note, along with a copy of the customer invoice to the Company within 30 days of customer refund. If this procedure is followed, the Independent Distributor will receive replacement product for their recovery.

In the event that a Preferred Professional member is dissatisfied for any reason, the Company will purchase back any unopened and saleable packaged products, within 60 days of the date of purchase, at the invoiced purchase price, less a 10% for restocking and handling fee. Shipping charges and support material cost cannot be refunded. Specifically for a Distributor member, upon receipt of a letter of termination, refunds will be made on any products within sixty (60) days of purchase date on Distributor Order Form or Company packing slip, and subsequent instruction for product return. Body Biotics Intl., Corp. will refund all moneys less 10%--paid for UNOPENED current packaged products within thirty (30) days after receipt of returned products and upon inspection by the Company. The product must be deemed saleable as determined solely by the Company. Freight and handling charges, and any support materials are not refundable. THE ACT OF EXCERSIZING YOUR PRIVILEGE TO PURCHASE AT WHOLESALE PRICES, ACKNOWLEDGES AGREEMENT WITH THIS REFUND POLICY. The Company urges ALL INDEPENDENT DISTRIBUTOR MEMBERS NOT TO ORDER any more product than she/he can retail and/or use personally, within a thirty (30) day period


DAMAGED SHIPMENT:
The Company obviously does not ship damaged product. If the product you receive is damaged:
1. Accept delivery and WRITE ON CARRIER'S DELIVERY RECEIPT, the number of damaged boxes.
2. Keep damaged products for future inspection by shipping agent
3. Make an appointment with the shipping company to have the damaged products inspected.
4. File a claim with the shipping company not Body Biotics Intl., Corp., as the shipping company becomes the responsibility party for delivery once the shipment leaves the Company's warehouse. For damage discovered after shipper has left, follow the same procedures as described above, except step 1.
5. If a dispute arises between the customer and the shipper, please contact the Home Office immediately.
